Capability to service up to 15,000 horsepower on both single and multiple stage turbines

We go through an in-depth disassembly, clean and inspection process and provide a customized report. This also pertains to all trip and throttle valve OEMs to include: Elliott, Turbodyne, Worthington, Coppus, Dresser-Rand, Gimpel, Murray, Terry, Skinner, General Electric (GE).

Through our capital investment, we have the machine and engineering capability to provide new bearings, seals, discs and blades using OEM manufacturing methods

Revak Keene Turbomachinery has a vast history of turbine rerates. We have the capability to make modifications on capacity, speed and efficiency. In each rerate we provide:

  • Mechanical analysis and design
  • Thermodynamic design
  • Component modification
  • Finite element analysis (when required)
  • Critical speed analysis
